We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging, within 15 days of purchase, for exchange, credit or refund. There is no refund or credit given to any product being returned after 15 days. Opened culinary products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless the product was received damaged or faulty. If you choose to return a product, you are responsible for shipping & handling charges.
